pall ring	Pall ring is a open-hole ring packing,which high and diameter is the same and with 5 ligules toward inside at every floor. Usually the open surface is 30% of the whole wall surface, this character helps the liguid & gas pass in packing tower pass freely from the windows of the rings.Metal Pall Ring, has features such as thin wall, heat resistant, high free volume, high capacity, low resistance, high separation efficiency and so on.
intalox saddle ring	The intalox saddle ring is processed by continuous extrusion process. Compared with the Raschig ring packing of the same material, it has the advantages of large flux, low pressure and high efficiency. Compared with Pall ring, it has the advantages of small resistance, large flux, high efficiency and good packing strength and rigidity. It is the most widely used bulk packing at present. The intalox saddle ring packed bed has a large void fraction, and most of the bed is arc-shaped liquid channel, which reduces the resistance of gas passing through the bed and the radial diffusion coefficient when the liquid flows downward
wire mesh corrugated pcking	MMCP (metal mesh corrugated packing) is a kind of packing is a new type of corrugated packing which has been successfully designed and developed in recent years according to the development of production. It is stamped with a metal sheet, stretched into a specific calendered mesh, and the surface is formed into a regular rhombic mesh. The geometric regular structure of the mesh corrugated packing is pressed into a corrugated sheet, and then assembled into a disc-shaped corrugated structured packing.

Owing to ceramic surface has good hydrophilic, it can enlarge to gas-liquid contacting surface area. Meanwhile, ceramic surface's microporous structure also improve wettability.In addition, ceramic excellent corrosion resistance makes Ceramic Corrugated plate packing more suitable for sulfuric acid absorption, the nitrate concentration,gas purification and so on. Ceramic high thermal stability make its operating temperature exceeds 1000 ºC.

  Tower packing is also used in water treatment, direct-contact hot water production, oxygenation, degasification, absorption, desorption, rectification, extraction, desalting, drying, mixing, fish farming, biological filtering, and the treatment of greenhouse gases.
  Tower packing materials provide a high surface area with a low bulk density. A high surface area material is useful for coalescing steam and water in high humidity applications, while a low bulk density material allows a minimally-obstructed flow of the moisture-laden (and, possibly, particulate-laden) gas stream. As such, the hot exhaust gases and/or steam from a gas scrubber, incinerator, furnace, pollution control device, or similar equipment pass through a vertical column; the hot gases rise in the flue. Within the column, tower packing provides a surface for capturing moisture and/or particulates that then fall to a collection point at the bottom of the tower while the hot gases rise to an exit.
